Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.
  4. Spread into a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top. Serve warm with chips or bread.

Notes

Squeeze the thawed spinach very dry - excess water makes the dip runny. Serve bubbling hot with tortilla chips, pita, or bread.
