Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Small saucepan
  • whisk

Method

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and cook the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Whisk in the mayonnaise, Parmesan, vinegar, Italian seasoning, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Warm gently, whisking, for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy - do not boil.
  4. Toss with hot wings to coat, or serve as a dip for wings, fries, or vegetables.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan so it melts smoothly. Warm the sauce gently to blend the flavors, then toss with hot wings right away.
