- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and cook the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Whisk in the mayonnaise, Parmesan, vinegar, Italian seasoning, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Warm gently, whisking, for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy - do not boil.
- Toss with hot wings to coat, or serve as a dip for wings, fries, or vegetables.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan so it melts smoothly. Warm the sauce gently to blend the flavors, then toss with hot wings right away.
