Method
- Toast the English muffins and butter them. Warm the Canadian bacon in a skillet.
- Grease an egg ring in the skillet, crack in an egg, break the yolk, and cook covered until set.
- Layer cheese, egg, and Canadian bacon on the muffin bottom, the warmth melting the cheese.
- Top with the other muffin half and serve immediately.
Notes
An egg ring (or a clean tuna can with both ends removed) gives the signature round shape.
