Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1.5 teaspoons prepared horseradish or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, and horseradish to a small bowl.
  2. Stir in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, and salt.
  3. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes, then taste and add more horseradish for extra kick.

Notes

Prepared horseradish is the star here - adjust the amount to control the kick. Letting the sauce chill an hour gives the most authentic flavor.
