- Preheat the oven to 300F and grease 6 cups of a muffin tin well.
- Blend the eggs, cottage cheese, Gruyere, salt, and pepper until completely smooth.
- Divide the crumbled bacon among the muffin cups, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Set the muffin tin inside a larger roasting pan and pour hot water into the pan halfway up the sides.
- Bake 28-32 minutes until just set. Cool 5 minutes, then run a knife around each bite to release. Serve warm.
