Method
- Fill two glasses with ice and pour in the cold brew.
- Froth the cream, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and most of the spice until thick and foamy.
- Pour the pumpkin cream over the cold brew and dust with the remaining pumpkin pie spice.
Notes
Use real pumpkin puree (not pie filling) for the cleanest flavor. Don't over-froth or the foam gets stiff.
