Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee chilled
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Equipment

  • Frother or jar

Method
 

  1. Fill two glasses with ice and pour in the cold brew.
  2. Froth the cream, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and most of the spice until thick and foamy.
  3. Pour the pumpkin cream over the cold brew and dust with the remaining pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

Use real pumpkin puree (not pie filling) for the cleanest flavor. Don't over-froth or the foam gets stiff.
