Method
- Combine the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup in a tall jar or frothing pitcher.
- Froth with a handheld frother (or shake hard in a sealed jar) until thick and foamy.
- Pour gently over a glass of cold brew or iced coffee so it floats on top.
Notes
Don't over-froth or it gets stiff - you want pourable, velvety foam. Make extra and store in the fridge for 2 days.
